In July 2010, Year 7 completed an exciting new project on the theme of cycling resulting in a video made by the yeargroup for other young people of their age. As part of their preparation, each tutor group visited the Library and investigated a different aspect of the topic; the Library has a range of lively resources, including books, leaflets, catalogues, reports and a hotlist of cycling websites which were used to select information for their film. Thanks are due to Enterprise Cycles at Neyland for providing a selection of their latest cycle catalogues!
Take a look at the trailer on our Screen Reads page.
This week's English and Welsh words are:
sustainability
Ffagl Olympaidd
Thanks to Mr S for this week's words!
Tell us what either or both words mean and you can choose a word for next week!

I pray no child of mine should ever descend into such a place as a Library. They are indeed most dangerous places and unfortunate is she or he who is lured into such a hellhole of enjoyment, stimulus, facts, passion and fun.
